Let's face it.  Most sales workshops are generally predictable.  Either you have someone telling you what you're doing wrong or offering their version of what you should be doing better. What results is usually a glorified motivational meeting or standard sales facilitation workshop that offers little in the way of long term tangible results.

We offer an alternative vision for how workshops should go.  We don't tell salespeople what they're doing wrong because that rarely works. Rather, we find out from each member of the sales team, including the top managers who brought us in to help, the motivating and demotivating factors that create success and failure.  After that, we design an alternative training program that works because it uses a qualitative approach to problem solving.  Workshops can be held in both the Finnish and English languages.
